1.Overview

Turnt Mart(operated by Sapyo Digital Private Limited) strives to provide a smoothshopping experience. This Return & Cancellation Policy explains when andhow you may cancel an order or return items purchased through our Applicationor Website.

2.Order Cancellation

o  Before Dispatch: You may cancel yourorder from your account or by contacting our customer support at info@turnt.comor 9288315165, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched. Ifcancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued via the originalpayment method within 7–10 business days (timing depends on your bank/paymentprovider).

o  After Dispatch: Once an order isdispatched, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, please follow theReturns procedure below after you receive the item.

o  Third-Party Sellers: For items sold bythird-party sellers on our platform, cancellations are subject to the seller’sindividual policies. We will assist you in communicating with the seller.

3.Returns & Refunds

o  Eligibility: Items may be returnedwithin 7 days from the date of delivery unless otherwise stated. To be eligiblefor a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you receivedit, and in the original packaging with all tags and accessories.

o  Non-Returnable Items: Perishable goods(e.g., groceries), personalized items, opened hygiene products, and itemsexplicitly marked as non-returnable cannot be returned unless damaged ordefective.

o  Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive adamaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer supportwithin 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will arrange areplacement or refund after verification.

o  Return Process:

1.    Log in to your Turnt Mart account and open the order details, orcontact customer support.

2.    Choose the item(s) you wish to return and select a reason.

3.    Pack the item securely in the original packaging (if available).

4.    We will arrange pickup or give instructions for drop-off. Returnshipping charges may apply unless the return is due to our error(damaged/incorrect item).

o  Refunds: Once we receive andinspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection ofyour refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original paymentmethod within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundableunless the return is due to our error.

4.Exchange

If you wish toexchange an item for a different variant (size, color) and stock permits, wewill process the exchange following the return of the original item. Exchangesare subject to product availability.

5.Cancellations for Prepaid & COD Orders

o  Prepaid Orders: Refunds for prepaidorders will be processed to the original payment method aftercancellation/return and verification.

o  Cash on Delivery (COD): If you cancel a CODorder after dispatch, the delivery partner may collect the payment; in suchcases, refunds will be issued after we receive the returned item orconfirmation from the delivery partner.

6.Partial Refunds

In some cases,partial refunds may be granted (for example, if an item is returned withmissing accessories, tags removed, or minor damage not reported at delivery).The amount of any partial refund will be determined after inspection.

7.Timeframes

o  Cancellation confirmation: Usually within 24 hours if the orderhasn’t been processed.

o  Return pickup scheduling: Within 2–5 business days depending on location.

o  Refund processing: 7–10 business days after approval (depends onpayment provider).
